Commitment

I am going to work out at least 4 times a week. 2 of those days with swims in the morning, and run or bike in the afternoon.
I am going to have a low carb diet, with one free day a week and eat till my hearts desire.
I am not going to drink soda or have fast food (I.e. tbell (damn) or Wendy's) I don't consider burgers from legit places fast food.
I am going to cook my meals 5 times a week
I am going to Get Itt
