Commitment

No beer or alcohol. No dairy except for saturdays.  No candy or other crap.  Bread, rice, beans, meat, nuts, eggs, protein shakes, veggies, fruit.  No junk food.  Workout is HIIT stationary bike 3x a week and circuit training 3 x a week.  Saturdays are my free day for eating.
