-2 eggs
-beef sausage




Snack
-1/4 cup pistachios (with shells)




Lunch
-Chicken Waldorf Salad
-small Lentil Soup





Dinner
-Pork tenderloin
-asparagus
-spinach salad with onions and bell peppers
